indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose.

Sending of spam and unsolicited mail, Use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists for sending out unsolicited commercial ails is strictly prohibited using our network of servers. Any customer (advertiser) found using our network/servers to send such mail will automatically have the account disabled.
If you’ve received unsolicited mail from one of our servers, please notify us immediately using the Form Here . Every complaint is investigated, and you will receive a response from our abuse team detailing the action we’re taking to deal with the issue.

all incoming email
messages, and filter-out messages
that appear to be spam. We

receive an abuse complaint to our abuse address or through
one of the feedback loops we maintain with many Internet and Email Service
Providers.

Scorpio Informatics servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of Spam, Spamware and other Spam Software, flames, or mail bombs. Client's domain or IP may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.
Regular Mail Accounts on Client's Domain cannot be and are not allowed to be operated in any manner which constitutes operating a mailing list. Sending mail to more than 25 recipients in a single message either through webmail or relaying through server after authentication constitutes a mailing list sort of operation which is not a part of any package that we offer.
Users that send mass or commercial e-mail are required to
maintain complete and accurate records of all e-mail subscription requests,
specifically including the email and associated headers sent by every
subscriber, and to immediately provide Scorpio Informatics with such records
upon request of Scorpio Informatics. Subscriptions that do not have a specific
recipient generated email request associated with them are invalid, and are
strictly prohibited.
In the absence of positive, verifiable proof to the contrary, Scorpio
Informatics considers complaints by recipients of e-mails to be de-facto proof
that the recipient did not subscribe or otherwise request the e-mail(s) about
which a complaint was generated.
