1. Fully Managed Backup Storage Server: This is for integrating a backup storage server to your single tenant groupware server through us and is available in capacities starting from 1.2 TB with 2000GB/Mo data transfer over 100mbit port. We will configure the backup schedule and also backup retention policy as desired by you using FUSE support and a backup script so that account restore takes no downtime.

2. 24X7 Remote Management and support of your Groupware Server on your premise: If instead of going for SAAS model you would prefer that the entire application is installed and managed remotely on machines at your end we provide such a service on a per server fee basis and this is independent of number of users on machine and only on Annual Prepay Contract. For details on this please Contact Us with your requirements and we shall submit a proposal.
    
3. Setup and Configuration of Active/Passive Failover on your premises: This using DRBD/Heartbeat setup for Active/Passive failover type setup for the Groupware platform installed on your premises. We do not provide this support for other generic DRBD+HB setup.

4. White Labeled HSP Model Groupware Server: If you are a Service provider and would want to start a service of your own to sell Groupware service under your brand we provide this on a 1500 user and above basis where you sell under your brand whereas we still do 24X7 proactive management of servers. We will not interact with your clients at all on any support issues. All support issues will be only with the admin on file for the billing. Our support staff would be available over Skype/AOL/Yahoo/GTalk and also email and telephone in case of emergency. We will bill you for server preloaded with license. 5. Single Tenant Server Preloaded With 1500 users limit: Single tenant servers provided to corporate clients with 1500 users and above. By single tenant is meant that only the domains of the company are on server and there's no other client hosted on server for Groupware services.
    
6. Migration Services from other platforms: This is offered free if server is being signed up with us provided your current platform supports IMAP. Very soon we will also be offering advanced migration from MS Exchange based servers. Advanced Migration fro MS Exchange to our platform should be available in Q4 2010.
