All billing, customer support will be on account at https://scorpioinformatics.com
Default billing is monthly only. All payments should be credited on or before the due date for renewals.
Invoices would be auto emailed to admin on file automatically 5 days before the due date.
Late notification will be sent 1 days after the due date and if payments are not remitted even after that then the account would be due for suspension.
Service cancellation request can be sent by account admin on file 7 days before the invoice generation date.
Account admin has to ensure that there is no BULK Mail, Unsolicited Commercial Mails, SPAM is sent from any account on domain. Any instance of spamming will be taken very seriously and accounts responsible for spamming are liable to be terminated.
For Single tenant dedicated server client, telephone contact shall be made available for any cases of emergency.
99.5% Uptime guaranty against openly published SLA and this is available online for reference.
Accounts with XMPP IM Access (for 500 user accounts and above) will have 1 concurrent connection to XMPP server.
Order processing will take around 48 hours from payments. Telephonic verification could be done so provide correct telephone contact details on account signup.
DNS will have to be changed to point to our network. This is necessary for setting up the SPF, DKIM and SRV records (in case of XMPP). DNS propagation time is not included in order processing time.
